The World Health Organization has estimated that the problem of uncorrected poor vision, which affects 2.5 billion people worldwide, costs the global economy more than $200 billion annually in lost productivity, and yet the solution is so simple — just a simple pair of reading glasses. RestoringVision has partnered with DIFF Charitable Eyewear to tackle this problem by donating reading glasses to poor communities in Guatemala and around the world.
